Shipping Policy

At Oneiland, we’re committed to making sure every order from oneiland.com arrives quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. This policy outlines how One Iland Fashion LLC manages order processing, shipping, and delivery for all online purchases.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed with updates on your order’s status.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or distance.

Shipping Coverage

Oneiland proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking number

  • A direct tracking link to follow your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost or delayed:

  1. Double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members who may have received it.

  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If you still can’t locate your order, please contact us at support@oneiland.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll assist in investigating the issue. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to you immediately. You may choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Multiple Shipments

Some large or multi-item orders may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
